June 9 2025 O'Neill CVI Communications: Grade 12 Chromebooks

Dear Parents/Guardians,

This message is to inform all Grade 12 students of the recovery process for returning your chromebook/SEA device.

Summer School?

If a student is enrolled in summer school, the student may keep their device until the completion of the summer school course and then return the device in-person to their home school.

Graduating and/or Returning Grade 12 Student

Regardless of your status, all Grade 12 chromebook devices will be returned to the school on the date of your last exam and/or the last day of instructional classes for all grades - Tuesday, June 17, 2025. If you are returning in September, a new device will be requested for you in the fall.

SEA Devices

All Grade 12 students with a SEA device that are leaving the Board, will have their device returned on the date of your last exam and/or the last day of instructional classes for all grades - Tuesday, June 17, 2025. Returning Grade 12 students with a SEA device do not have to return their device.
